The topic that I am writing about is Leaadership and Early Childhood education. This topic was broad, but with all the research that was done, I was able to narrow my topic down. The reason I chose this particular topic, is because I have a passion for children. With a child development major, I thought I should share my thoughts and research with someone else. I do see an importance for leadership and early childhood information. Studies have shown that a child’s earliest years of development are the most critical, so there is an importance for early child hood education
